  1. my mom owns an SE 2005 Pathfinder. it even has a TV in the back, dual climate control and others. btw she had the same problem with the mileage on the 3rd gen. but she never ran out of gas
tho so its fine with her kinda.

  2. when you gave the torque numbers, it was obvious the old pathfinder would win the jump on a short race. Duh. Who the hell wants to get 16 mpg in that old piece of crap? If you want to go full off road, get a Jeep Wrangler. Stupid video.

  3. Not sure why people think so differently it all depends on the drivers not the vech look at auto racing drag racing timing on the acceleration and the way you drive mean every thing what really wins all the time is human experience How this should of been done was same guy drive independent of each other , with both trucks being timed I bought the diesel 4×4 w tow package and it's a work horse it would shame a lot of the new heavy duty trucks out here now to say the least its a dangerous truck when she was new scared me a few times I still have it its retired now so am I she just goes on short road trips now . by the way my youngest son took it 4 wheeling he told me he beat ever truck climbing and a jeep a lot could not make it up the hill but he did many times his friends was amaze at his dad truck a 2007 pathfinder at that w all bells whistles 67,000 estimate now has 136,000 miles runs like new still .

  4. "Old" pathfinder. I'd say you should have a first-gen out there to compare but a drag race with a first gen is the sort of thing where the cops don't realize you're racing. Once the R51 trans dies of SMOD and the R52 trans dies because CVT, though, the WD21 might have a chance.

No surprise though that extra displacement and a trans that isn't junk from the factory is faster off the line.
