  1. Got this idea for Performance Cars, that the performance driving part is directly shown after the introduction – the everyday driving part than later as usual. What do you think, is that better for you in performance cars reviews?   3. US model has no blind spot monitor or adaptive cruise control. 🙁 I'm ready to buy but concerned the 2019 is coming out soon with those features.

  4. Thomas great review as always.
    I had a Ford Focus RS for about 1 year, but got rid of it because I could not handle the really horrible rough ride it had, even in normal mode.
    Can you please let me know how the ride quality of the Type R compares to the Focus RS.
    From all the reviews I've seen, they all say that the ride quality of the Civic Type R in comfort mode is very good, and not harsh at all, say compared to the Focus RS.

  5. Ich hab nur das Problem, dass keine Anhängerkupplung an den Type R drangeht… :/ beim i30N Perf. ginge das (1600 kg gebremst). Das ist der Nachteil an dem ansonsten wirklich gelungenen Auto und der Mehrpreis wäre es mir auch wert ggü. dem Hyundai oder andere Konkurrenten (die alle sicherlich auch ihre Vorzüge haben).
    Die Optik finde ich ok, passt zu dem Auto und ich stör mich nicht dran, dass Andere das für eine Frittentheke halten. So sehen typische Japansportler halt aus, wer sie kennt. Grüße

Sorry for your watch choisies… "to expensive" for what it offers… ! 🙁 Only the prices of the extra straps > 170 €… Are you kidding me ?… 😉 Ok, with my TAG Monaco, the extra strap in crocodile leather is higher… But it's a TAG HEUER Monaco by the way ! 😉 Anyway, continue to have good driving experiences ! 🙂 And thanks for the job !!! 🙂

  8. I really want to dislike this car but I just can't, the looks are a bit over the top for me but if ordered in black then the lines may not stand out as much. Regardless I bet it's a lot of fun to drive.

  9. What an awesome car! Love the looks, sharp styling and excellent performance. Wait until you see one in the metal before you comment. These cars have a real presence. In black it looks mean.

  10. Great review Thomas! But… I really wanted to see a standing still start with full throttle and no hands on the wheel – if what the guy from Engeneering Explained was saying and testing is true – that you have almost no torque steer in this car.
